Shirin Rokh White Rock Candy (nabat-e negini-ye sefid — نبات نگینی سفید) is a classic Iranian crystallised rock candy by Shirin Rokh in the negini (faceted gem-cut) format — pure white sugar crystals with a clean, subtly floral sweetness.
