Shipping policy

We have three (3) different shipping and delivery options:

1. Local Delivery:

Orders over $30.00 will be delivered FREE within 3 hours to these cities:

North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver
Burnaby,  Coquitlam & Tri-Cities, New Westminster

Orders over $100.00 will be delivered FREE, same day if order placed before 6 PM, to these cities:

Surrey, Richmond, Delta, Langley (City) and Maple Ridge 

Orders below the minimums will be charged an additional $5.00 to $15.00, depending on your location.

These cities fall outside of our local delivery. Please see #2, below, for Shipping Fees:
Abbotsford, Langley (Township), Fort Langley, Pitt Meadows, Lion's Bay, White Rock, and Ladner

2. Standard Shipping (Anywhere is Canada and outside of our Local Delivery area):

This is for customers outside of our Local Delivery region, shipping via Canada Post.

For orders under $200.00, a flat-rate of $29.99 will be added.

For orders over $200.00, a flat-rate of $19.99 will be added. 

(Allow between 3-9 days for delivery)

3. Standard Shipping (Anywhere is USA):

At Checkout, the discounted shipping cost will be calculated based on your order and location.

(Allow between 3-9 days for delivery)

4. Curbside Pickup:

You can pick up your order at our warehouse, conveniently located at

#107 - 1075 West 1st Street
North Vancouver, BC 

If you choose Curbside Pickup option, you will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.
