At Vicinity Mart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund options:
In-Store Purchases

Returns & Refunds for Expired or Damaged Items
- If you receive an expired or damaged item, please contact us immediately and provide a clear photo as proof.
- Once verified, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

- If you purchased an item but no longer want it, you may return it as long as it is unopened and in its original condition.
- A valid receipt is required for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

- If you opened a product and didn’t like the taste, we cannot offer a refund, but we will provide store credit as a courtesy.
- This policy does not apply to perishable items such as meat, dairy, fresh produce, and baked goods.

- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Perishable items, including meat, dairy, fresh produce, and baked goods.
- Items that have been used or tampered with.
