Celery (Bunch)

کرفس تازه

Fresh celery brings a crunchy texture and mild, slightly peppery flavour to salads, snacks and everyday cooking. Sold by the bunch, it is a versatile choice for soups, stews and Persian khoresh-e karafs.

A bunch typically weighs approximately 1.5–2lb and contains around 8–10 stalks; size and stalk count vary naturally. Wash thoroughly before preparing, keep refrigerated, and enjoy fresh produce delivery within Greater Vancouver only.
