Shipping
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We provide local delivery across multiple areas in Metro Vancouver, including free delivery for qualifying orders. For full details on minimums, fees, and eligible areas, please visit our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
Do you ship within British Columbia and across Canada?
Yes! We offer shipping throughout BC and Canada. Standard shipping rates apply based on your order total. For more details on rates and estimated delivery times, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship to the U.S. with discounted rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary between 3-9 days. For more information, please check our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
How long will it take to get my order?
We offer same-day delivery options!
- North & West Vancouver: Order by 5 PM for delivery 12–5 PM. Orders after 5 PM arrive the next day.
- Outside North & West Vancouver: Order by 5 PM for delivery 5–8 PM. Orders after 5 PM arrive the next day.
- Sundays: Order by 2 PM for same-day delivery.
- Canada & U.S. Shipping: 3–9 days.
Bakery
Do you bake bread and pastries daily?
Yes! We bake fresh bread and pastries every day at Vicinity Mart.
Do you accept cake orders for special occasions?
Yes! You can email us a photo of the cake you like at least 2 weeks in advance, along with the flavor and number of servings, at info@vicinitymart.com, or visit us in person to fill out an order form. We’ll provide pricing and get back to you as soon as possible!
Butchery
Is your meat halal?
Yes! We offer a selection of halal meat at Vicinity Mart, carefully sourced to meet halal standards.
Do you sell offals?
Yes! We offer halal offals, including Kale Pache, Delo Jigar, and Donbalan, delivered weekly on Fridays by noon. They sell out quickly, so we recommend placing an online order to either pick up in-store or have them delivered to you.
Do you sell lamb like back home in Iran? Does it taste the same?
Yes! We are well known for offering halal lamb that tastes just like the lamb you would find back home in Iran. Our lamb is sourced fresh from Alberta, and it is never frozen, ensuring top-quality flavor and texture.
If we order meat online and need it cut for Khoresh, would you do that?
Yes, we can! Just mention in the note section or chat with us on the site when placing your order, and we’ll cut the meat for Khoreshti as requested.
