The marinade was really good and the flavor was excellent; you can definitely taste the pomegranate and seasoning, and it’s well balanced. However, I’m removing two stars because the meat itself was not tender. It was quite chewy, and I’m not a fan of chewy meats. If the texture was softer, this would easily be a five-star product.
