Starting off by saying that the product is fantastic, it’s the shipping/Vicinity Mart that I have an issue with.
My first order of 2 hummus’ arrived smashed as they were sent in a box with zero package cushioning (styrofoam, bubble wrap, etc.) to prevent them from being knocked against each during shipping. I sent photos and asked for a refund, or for 2 more to be shipped. I was told they would add one extra to my next order (so I still ended up paying for the 2 smashed ones, and an additional 1 that I had to buy in order to get 1 free one). Didn’t make much sense, but since I love the product I put in another order for 1 hummus.
The order arrived today and one of the hummus’ expires in November (great 👍🏻), and the other expired on October 5! So in the end I didn’t even get a free one because it was already a week expired once I received it!
After approximately 1 year of making regular orders, I unfortunately will not be ordering from this company anymore. Awful customer service.
