Vicinity Mart is proudly owned by Pure Acumen Royal State Inc. and Nan Toosheh Sahar Inc., both with deep roots and decades of expertise in the bakery and food industry in Iran.

After three successful years of serving customers as an online grocery store, we are thrilled to share that in June 2024, we opened our very first physical location at 1449 Marine Drive in North Vancouver.

Online shopping has brought convenience to our daily lives, but we realized that groceries are different. Freshness matters. That’s why at Vicinity Mart, we chose delivery over shipping—ensuring that your everyday essentials arrive fresh and on time. With our first delivery hub in Greater Vancouver, we’ve built a system that offers a 3-hour delivery window, setting us apart from traditional online retailers.

Now, with our North Vancouver store, you can enjoy not only groceries but also a café, bakery, and butchery under one roof—all while continuing to shop online with the same ease and quality you trust. Today, Vicinity Mart proudly serves over 1,000 orders monthly across North America.
