With its firm texture and distinctive taste, it shines brightest when grilled quickly over high heat as part of the classic kebab del-o-jegar — skewered alongside liver and heart, charred at the edges, and served with fresh herbs and lavash. Sourced fresh from Alberta and never frozen, each 1lb pack contains approximately 3–4 kidneys.
