Each 1lb pack contains approximately 2–3 pieces, sourced fresh from Alberta and never frozen. Quick to cook and incredibly flavourful — slice thin, season simply, and let the grill do the rest. Also excellent pan-fried with onions and turmeric for a traditional Persian home meal.
