I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but I can’t say I was completely happy with my recent order.
The green jasmine tea was excellent — fragrant, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for. But two issues spoiled the experience:
1. Delivery time. The order was advertised as arriving within about an hour, but it ended up taking roughly four. The distance to my address is not far, so this was disappointing.
2. Salmon fillet. The ad showed a beautiful center cut — fresh, juicy, and appealing. I did receive one piece like that, but the rest were from the tail section, which was not what I expected.
Overall, I’d rate the experience 3 out of 5. The concept is great, the tea was wonderful, and everything arrived fresh and intact, but the delivery time and product matching the ad could definitely be improved.
