Sadaf Pomegranate Molasses, 300 ml

رب انار صدف، ۳۰۰ میلیلیتر

Sadaf Pomegranate Molasses is a tangy, sweet concentrate made from pomegranate juice, with a rich, tart flavour that adds depth to cooking. Known as rob-e anar in Persian, this 300ml bottle is a useful pantry ingredient for fesenjan, dressings, and marinades.

Stir into a walnut-based fesenjan sauce, whisk into a salad dressing, or use in a marinade for vegetables or meat. For a simple finishing touch, drizzle a little over roasted vegetables. Adjust the amount to suit your recipe's balance of sweetness and tartness, and follow the label's storage directions after opening.
