What You’ll Need:

Lilas Kataifi (454g) – Shredded phyllo that gets crisp and golden

Early Robin Pistachio Cream (250g) – Smooth, lightly sweet, and full of flavour

Chocolate – Use your favourite kind, dark or milk (we recommend at least 70% if using dark)

Simple Homemade Dubai Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cups Lilas Kataifi, separated

3 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted

3 tbsp Early Robin Pistachio Cream

100g chocolate, melted

Crushed pistachios (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix kataifi with melted oil or butter.

Bake on a tray for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool.

Combine pistachio cream with melted chocolate.

In a pan or mold, layer kataifi, pour chocolate mixture over it, and press lightly.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Slice and enjoy!
